CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of possession of cocaine and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of resisting or interfering with an arrest, assault of a law officer and littering on private property.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of failure to obey lawful order and prohibited acts.

Thefts

* A boys bicycle was reported stolen at 934 William St.

* A purse and its contents were reported stolen at 410 Kiwanis Drive.

* Sunglasses and a CD were reported stolen at 756 W. Rodney Drive.

* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.

* Consumable goods and identity documents were reported stolen at 734 W. Rodney Drive.

* A padlock was reported stolen at Cape Mini Storage, 1915 Golden Eagle Court.

* Stealing and forgery were reported at 1929 Independence St.

Property damage

* A broken window was reported at 2830 Whitener St.

Miscellaneous

* A vehicle left the scene after striking a parked vehicle at 170 E. Rodney Drive.
