David Stubblefield, 34, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

Summonses

Kaylie Ramsey, 17, of Oran, Mo., was issued a summons Saturday for stealing at Wal Mart at 3439 William.

Terry Davidson, 24, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons Saturday for possession of a controlled substance.Thefts

A camera, GPS device, rod and reel were reported stolen Saturday at 1907 Colonial Lane.

A theft was reported stolen Saturday at J.C. Penney at 200 West Park Mall.

A cell phone was reported stolen Sunday at Hanover and William.
