Friday, Aug. 23The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests David W. Alcorn, 35, of 709 North St., was arrested Thursday on a Perry County warrant for drugs.

Danny F. Slaten, 46, of 203 Missouri, Scott City, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

Summons A summons was issued Wednesday to Randy J. Smith, 37, of 321 Albert, on suspicion of stealing.

Assaults An assault was reported Wednesday.

An assault was reported Thursday.

Thefts Food and drinks were reported stolen Wednesday at 211 West Park Mall.

A purse and contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 25 S. Kingshighway.

Burglary Household items were reported stolen in a burglary Thursday at 1915 Golden Eagle Court.

Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at the 94-mile marker of Interstate 55.

Miscellaneous Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Wednesday at 9004 West Park Mall and 1320 W. Cape Rock.

A 10-speed bicycle was found at the 1400 block of Whitener.

A 38-year-old man was placed in protective custody Wednesday.

An indecent exposure was reported Thursday.
