The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Dennis W. Collin Jr., 25, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and consumption on public streets.
* Yasheika Y. Lee, 38, 539 S. Middle St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for two traffic offenses.
Summonses
* Harper D. Johnson, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Leander J. West, no age given, of Benton, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield right of way.
* Domestic assault was reported.

Robbery
* Robbery, stealing of a motor vehicle and stealing from a building were reported on North Spring Street; items reported stolen were a cellphone, a flat-screen television, car keys and a wallet.
Property damage
* Damage to a window and an interior wall and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at 530 S. Frederick St.
* Chateau Girardeau, 3120 Independence St., reported a fence damaged.
* Burglary and the theft of a PlayStation 4, controller and games were reported at 505 N. Kingshighway.
* Burglary and the theft of money were reported at 1733 Pemiscot St.
* Burglary and the theft of jewelry were reported at 3120 Independence St.
Thefts
* An iPhone, radio-controlled car, box of various parts and orange starter box were reported stolen at 918 William St.
* Orscheln Farm Supply, 339 Christine St., reported Blue Rhino propane bottles stolen and a generic key lock damaged.
* Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 2861 Themis St.
* Peace disturbance was reported.
* Service was requested.
* A 36-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Violation of an order of protection was reported.
* Service was requested.
SOUTHEAST MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY
The Department of Public Safety released the following item.
* A Missouri driver's license and a US Bank debit card were reported stolen at Student Recreation Center North.
