Cape Girardeau

The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Jerry Warren Arnold, 39, 843 N. Main St., was arrested on city warrants for careless and imprudent driving and resisting arrest.

Morgan Leigh Umfleet, 20, 21 N. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

William Matthew Cowan, 18, 607 Locust St., was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines on improper registration, no operator's license, no insurance and contempt of court for no operator's license.

Leslie Ann Bollinger, 20, 841 Rodney Vista St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for bad checks.

Theft A Timex watch and a Cardinals ring were reported stolen from 2825 Bloomfield Road.

Miscellaneous Two T-shirts and a cellular phone were reported found at 40 S. Sprigg St.

A black purse and its contents were reported lost at 612 Broadway.

Boxes of Singulair allergy medication were reported found.

Two instances of failure to stop for a school bus were reported.
