The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Joshua K. Moore, 21, was arrested on suspicion of a leash law violation.

* Michael A. Jones, 19, of 305 W. Fort St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 611 Red Bud Circle. Alcohol was reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 1424 William St. A television, VCR, DVD player, shoes, jewelry and movies were reported stolen.

Theft

* A credit card was reported stolen at 1211 College St. Six incidents of fraudulent use of a credit device were reported in relation to the incident.

* Credit cards, a social security card and baseball cards were reported stolen at 1322 Rosewood Drive.

* A backpack and contents were reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.

* Medication was reported stolen at 10 N. West End Boulevard.

* Cash and gift cards were reported stolen at 100 N. Frederick St.

Miscellaneous

* A 33-year-old male was put in protective custody taken into at Wlliam Street and Farrar Drive.

* A camcorder and power cord were reported found at 430 Broadway.

* A bicycle was reported found at Lexington Avenue and Old Sprigg Street.

* A wallet was reported lost at 2425 Sunny Lane.
