The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
Loyd Sandlin, 39, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
Elizabeth Baehr, 26, of 719 Perry was arrested Sunday on an Osage Beach Police Department warrant for failure to register a vehicle and no insurance card.
Patrick Moyers, 28, of 631 Themis No. 2, was arrested Sunday for probation violation.
Summonses
Randy Sadler, 41, of Scott City was issued a summons Sunday for first-degree trespassing.
Theft
Tools were reported stolen Saturday at 1922 Saphire.
Burglary
A burglary was reported Sunday at 36 N. Ellis. Nothing was taken.
A burglary was reported Sunday at 719 William No. 8. Nothing was taken.
Assault A juvenile was taken into custody Sunday following a first-degree assault in the 500 block of S. Ellis.
A person was placed in custody Sunday pending the filing of formal charges for second-degree domestic assault.
Property Damage
Damage to a window was reported Sunday at 315 N. Pacific.
Miscellaneous
A girls bicycle was found Saturday in the 500 block of S. Henderson.
