The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Timothy W. Gregory, 41, of 243 Country Home Lane, Benton, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to distribute, failure to transfer plates, expired registration and no insurance.

Julia D. Smith, 19, of 1530 Wysteria, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and a prescription medication.

Latisha M. Woods, 23, of 7 N. Park, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on warrants from Dunklin, New Madrid and Cape Girardeau counties for probation violation.

Assaults An assault was reported Thursday.

Thefts A purse and contents were reported stolen and a window was broken Thursday at 156 Vantage Drive.

Miscellaneous

A counterfeit $50 bill was reported Wednesday at Capaha Park.
