The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIsn Jeffery L. Delossantos of Bloomfield, Texas, was issued a summons Sunday for driving while intoxicated and protective custody.

Christopher J. McCutchen of Jefferson City, Mo., was issued a summons Sunday for driving while intoxicated, failure to signal and protective custody.

A person was placed in custody Saturday pending the filing of formal charges for property damage.

A person was placed in custody Saturday pending the filing of formal charges for receiving stolen property.

Jeannette L. Zuniga, 52, of Sonoya St. Monterey, Mexico, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of assault.

Thefts Medication was reported stolen Saturday at 3439 William.

Property Damage

A vehicle window was reported damaged Saturday at 503 Woodbine.

A storm door and windows were reported damaged Sunday at 521 Asher.

Miscellaneous

A noise ordinance violation was reported Saturday in the 600 block of S. Ellis.

Domestic assault was reported Saturday at the intersection of Broadway and Sunset.

A disorderly house was reported Sunday at 257 N. Park.

Two lady's speed mountain bikes were reported found Sunday at 2126 Broadway.

Service for an accidental injury was requested Sunday in the 2000 block of Stephen.
