Cape Girardeau
The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Lance P. Buckingham, 29, 205 Linden St., Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene and resisting arrest by fleeing.
Arrests John J. Kelly III, 49, 919 E. Rodney St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
Otis D. Rutherford, 17, 630 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of driving under revocation.
Debra K. Towe, 42, Box 271, Morehouse, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Glennton G. Sevier, 20, 11 Beverly Place, St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of having an open container of alcohol, loud noise, and driving under suspension.
John W. Lovelady, 21, and Sherrele L. Lovelady 19, of 426 North St., Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, were both arrested on suspicion of stealing and unlawful use of a weapon.
Daniel P. Gause, 17, 1633 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
Summons Clarence E. Smith, 37, 612 Emerald St., was issued a summons for a noise violation.
Theft A speaker amplifier, CD player, CDs, sunglasses, cigarettes and lighter were reported stolen from 247 Siemers.
A purse and its contents were reported stolen from 3049 William St.
Gasoline was reported stolen from the BP Station, 3276 William St.
Clothing, jewelry and cash were reported stolen from 2117 Sherwood.
Property Damage A door was reported damaged at Cape Girardeau Medical Arts Condominiums Complex, 937 Broadway.
A vehicle was reported damaged at Water St. and Broadway.
A rear window of a vehicle was reported damaged at 1929 Delwin St.
A vehicle was reported damaged at 101 N. Fountain St.
Miscellaneous Three girls, ages 13, 14 and 15, were cited into juvenile court for assault.
Three boys, ages 12 and 13, were cited in to juvenile court for trespassing.
