Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Monday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Leah R. Holder, 26, 218 William St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and other traffic violations.
Arrests
* Paul Chatman, 20, 403 Fort St., was arrested on a warrant.
* Lesli P. Mitchell, 18, 350 N. Henderson Ave., Apt. 214, was arrested for suspicion of stealing clothing from Kohl's.
* Andreia L. Norman, 20, of St. Louis, was arrested for suspicion of stealing clothing from Kohl's.
* Jequeita M. Brown, 20, of St. Louis, was arrested for suspicion of stealing clothing from Kohl's.
* Tony Harris, 43, 823 Maple St., was arrested on a county warrant for failing to appear in court.
* Rocky Everett, 24, 1416 Themis St., was arrested for failing to drive on the right side of the road.
* Jessica Kroenung, 18, 2117 Sherwood Drive, was arrested by the Jackson Police Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failing to appear in court.
* Kevin L. Jackson, 21, of St. Louis, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failing to appear in court.
* Darryl A. Bird, 18, 605 Amethyst St., was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
* David W. Shea, 36, of East Alton, Ill., was arrested on a municipal warrant for failing to appear in court for failing to display license upon request.
Summonses
* Darius McBrick, 27, of Ullin, Ill., was issued a summons for a noise violation for loud music coming from his vehicle.
* Mark J. Rigdon, 24, 2641 Hopper Road, was mailed a summons for maintaining a public nuisance in the form of a barking dog.
Rape
* Statutory rape was reported, allegedly taking place on June 23.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at No. 6 Rivercrest Drive. A camera, camcorder and computer was reported stolen and a door trim had been broken.
Theft
* Shell, 3415 William St., reported fuel stolen.
* Two bicycles -- one valued at more than $500 -- were reported stolen at 518 S. Ellis St.
* Kelley Cab Co., 3439 William St., reported the theft of services.
* Budget Inn, 1448 N. Kingshighway, reported bed linen stolen.
* A green mountain bike was reported stolen at Frederick and Jefferson streets.
* Rhodes 101, 1610 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* License tabs were reported stolen at the 1800 block of Weissinger Street.
Property damage
* The Southeast Missourian reported a newspaper machine damaged at 121 S. Sprigg St.
* Two owners of separate vehicles reported their door and lock damaged at 3012 William St.
* A window, screen and planter were reported broken at 1332 Wayne St.
* A convertible top was cut at Keller Avenue and Themis Street.
Miscellaneous
* Four instances of interference with child custody was reported.
* A missing person was reported.
* Fireworks violations were reported.
* A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody at Independence and Plaza Way.
* Littering was reported.
* Interference with custody was reported.
