The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Robin Marie Mirgeaux, 42, 200 S. Minnesota St., was arrested for driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

Landers Whitcomb, 37, 213 Clark St., was arrested for driving while intoxicated, speeding, seatbelt violation and failure to produce a driver's license

Arrests Stephen Robert Joseph Beckwith, 24, 418 McKenna Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Darryl Lamount Logan, 37, 240 Marlin Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and assault.

Tony Lee Frymire, 44, 3020 Boutin St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon, assault and domestic assault.

Jessica Lashay Edwards, 22, 523 S. Benton St., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court.

Elizabeth Ellen Park, 24, 531 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear in court.

Derrick Lamar Farr, 29, 2838 Independence St., Apt. 8, was arrested on city warrants for two counts of probation violation and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

John Andrew Beaman, 21, 1727 Westridge Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and park curfew violation.

Eric Wayne McIntyre, 25, 166 S. Cavalier, Lot 145, was arrested on city warrants for traffic violations.

James Daniel Summers, 24, 201 Seventh St., Apt. E, Scott City, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

Summons Jordi Ryan Morris, 19, 5206 Route V, Jackson, was issued a summons for park curfew violation.

Michelle Lynn Dougherty, 21, 2425 Sunny Lane, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

Thefts Oxycodone medication was reported stolen from 2000 Cape LaCroix Road.

A black lemon tree and planter were reported stolen from Saffron, 97 N. Kingshighway.

Cash was reported stolen from Spencer Gifts, 101 Westfield Shoppingtown West Park.

A girl's purple and blue bicycle was reported stolen at 409 Sheridan Drive, Apt. 3.

Gasoline was reported stolen from BP gas station, 3276 William St.

Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged at William and Lorimier streets.

Miscellaneous A 16-year-old juvenile girl was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
