The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Nicholas E. Powderly, 17, of 606 Robinhood, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no insurance, speeding and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Arrests Timothy F. Farrow, 36, of 422 Bellevue, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stacy L. Berger, 21, of 203 Cavalier, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Melissa M. McNeil, 32, of P.O. Box 525, Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Ricky A. Pierce, 44, of 901 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear and received a summons for driving while revoked, no insurance, expired registration and no seat belt.

Thefts A concrete statue was reported stolen Sunday at 205 Barberry.

A refrigerator was reported stolen Sunday at 426 North.

Cash was reported stolen Sunday at 156 Vantage.

A CD player was reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Sunday at 1 First St.

A gray and white 1977 Chevrolet pickup bearing license plates number 380AM3 was reported stolen Monday.

Currency was reported stolen Friday at Myers Hall at Southeast Missouri State University.

A wooden bench was reported stolen from Brandt Hall at Southeast Missouri State University.

Property damage A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday at 1 First St.

Miscellaneous Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Sunday by Save-A-Lot at 121 S. Sprigg and Schnuck's at 19 S. Kingshighway.
