Arrests Jeffrey Todd Mayberry, 33, of 301 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Aschlei N. Kelly, 16, of 2613 Perryville Road, Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia.
