DWIs Rachel Tory Silvers, 21, 241 N. Park St., Apt. B, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Shauna Rea Solis, 23, 848 Gerald St., Jackson, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Jennifer Noel York 29, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for insufficient funds.

Anthony Terrell Armour, 29, 902 Jefferson Ave., was arrested Tuesday on a city warrant for failure to appear for various traffic offenses.

Janeka Janesa Easton, 19, 303 West Cypress St., Charleston, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court.

Jamorris B. Nunley, 21, 610 S. Henderson St., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession with the intent to deliver, and on a warrant.

Ricky Scott, 22, 1022 Independence St., Apt. 2, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.

David P. Carter, 22, 912 Elm St., was arrested Wednesday on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Summons Joseph K. Marquis, 22, 534 S. Hanover St., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of illegal dumping.

Thefts Checks were reported stolen Tuesday from 552 Woodbine Place.

A girl's blue and silver bicycle was reported stolen Tuesday from 902 Jefferson Ave.

A cell phone was reported stolen Tuesday from 127 Water St.

A bag containing a Palm Pilot, medication and assorted items was reported stolen Tuesday from 505 N. Kingshighway.

Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday from Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.

Prescription medication was stolen Wednesday from 1323 N. Spanish St.

Property damage

A garage door lock was reported damaged Tuesday at 630 S. Benton St.

The driver's side door of a vehicle was reported dented Tuesday at 111 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

Checks were reported forged at US Bank, 3060 William St.

A wallet and its contents were reported found Tuesday at 40 S. Sprigg St.

A girl's blue and silver bicycle was found Tuesday at Route W and Boutin Drive.

A 12-year-old female juvenile was cited into juvenile court Tuesday for being beyond parental control.
