The following items have been released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Todd M. Beasley, 31, 310 Cypress Lake Road, Burfordsville, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for probation violation.
Ashley R. Lawrence, 32, 1105 Clark St., Apt. 301, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing in connection with a complaint from Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.
Jeremiah Redden, 17, no address given, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.
Donald Lee Yeager, 38, 1926 N. Kingshighway, Lot 50, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, resisting arrest and having expired license plates.
Sally A. Biven, 18, 2812 Themis St., Apt. A, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theresa L. Amelunke, 41, 2812 Themis St., Apt. A, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraudulent attempt to obtain a controlled substance.
Summons Michael C. Criddle, 17, 1005 Jefferson St., was issued a summons Wednesday for making a false declaration.
Theft A bicycle was reported stolen Wednesday from 3008 Themis St.
Checks were reported stolen Wednesday from 2048 Big Bend Road, and three were later discovered forged at 111 S. Broadview, 1120 N. Kingshighway and 1700 Broadway.
A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Wednesday at Lorimier and Themis.
A coin operated washing machine was reported damaged Wednesday and money taken at 2857 Themis St.
A purse and its contents were reported taken Wednesday and a vehicle window broken at 2021 Independence St. Two subjects are in custody in connection with the theft pending the filing of formal charges.
A 13-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court in connection with a theft reported Wednesday by Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall.
A purse and wallet, cash and cell phone were reported stolen Thursday at 3439 William St.
A theft was reported Thursday from Rental Service Corporation, 2050 S. Expressway.
A theft was reported Thursday at 205 Burberry St.
A CD player was reported stolen Thursday at 35 S. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous A bicycle was reported found Wednesday at 115 N. Main St.
A check was reported forged Thursday at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
A tan 1992 Hyundai Sonata was reported abandoned Thursday at 216 William St.
A green Timberland Pass Roadmaster bicycle was reported found Thursday on Lacy Street.
