The following items have been released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs James W. Powell, 21, 1711 Henry St., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.
Robert Thomas Coleman, 61, 201 Sturdavant St., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
Benny L. Jackson, 23, 410 Coleman St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
Teresa M. McCrary, no age given, 29 S. Sprigg St., Apt. 2, was arrested Tuesday on a city warrant for probation violation.
Jose L. Guerra Jr., 43, 2825 Whitener St., Apt. A1, was arrested Tuesday on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation.
Thefts
A 1982 black Ford pickup truck was reported stolen Tuesday in the 600 block of South Henderson Street.
Various forms of identification were reported stolen Tuesday from 1201 S. Spring St.
A silver and red Mongoose MT bicycle was reported stolen Tuesday at 3008 Themis St.
Forgery
Numerous checks were reported forged Tuesday at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.; J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall; D-Mart, 3415 William St.; Hastings Books, Music and Video, 2136 William St.; Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway; and Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway.Property damage
A vehicle window was reported broken Tuesday in the 1900 block of Golden Eagle Court.
