The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIsn Harl Haas, no age given, of Portland, Ore., was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
n A person was taken into custody Sunday at Missouri and William pending filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and driving without a license.
Arrestsn Michael A. Anthony, 37, of 1227 College, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of stealing and drug possession.
Benjamin F. Rawlins, 17, of 1003 Locust, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a municipal warrant.
Paul Myers, 25, of Glenallen, Mo., was arrested Saturday on a warrant.
Michael Westbrook, 38, of 1227 College, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a warrant and on suspicion of forgery.
Daniel Ray Withers, 20, of 20 S. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for contempt of court.
Assaultsn Second-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action were reported Saturday at 921 S. Ellis.
First-degree assault and armed criminal action were reported Saturday at the 900 block of S. Ellis.
Second-degree domestic assault, first-degree trespassing, third-degree assault, third-degree assault on a police officer and tampering with a victim were reported Sunday at 3018 Mimosa.
Third-degree domestic assault was reported Sunday at 135 S. Spanish.
Theftsn A bicycle was reported stolen Saturday at Osage Trail.
Change, a tool set and CDs were reported stolen Saturday from 2817 Flora Hills.
Stealing and property damage were reported Saturday at 3020 Boutin.
Burglaryn Clothing and a stereo were reported stolen Sunday during a burglary at 417 N. Frederick.
Property damagen Property damage was reported Sunday at 701 Perry.
Miscellaneousn Failure to register as a sex offender was reported Sunday at 135 S. Spanish.
Forgery was reported Saturday at 70 Sheridan.
Property was reported found Saturday at Lorimier and Morgan Oak.
A white male was placed in protective custody Sunday.
A cell phone was reported lost Saturday at the Cape Municipal Airport.
n An accidental injury was reported Saturday at 3439 William.
