DWIs Dennis Wayne Lynn, 55, of 922 E. Maple St., Scott City, was issued a summons Friday for driving while intoxicated and no insurance.

Robert Franklin Guard, 27, of 108 Camelia St., was issued a summons Saturday for driving while intoxicated.

Michael Joseph Flynn, 20, of 328 Greenbriar, St. Louis, Mo., was issued a summons Saturday for driving while intoxicated.

Dwayne Lee Pengalley, 26, of 217 S. Spanish St., was issued a summons Saturday for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Adam Christopher Braswell, 19, of 1010 Sturdivant St., was arrested Saturday on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.

Lisa Turnbo, 45, of 315 S. Lorimer St., was arrested Saturday on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and failure to pay fines.

Michell Lee Robtoy, 36, of 2528 Pamona Place, St. Louis, was arrested Saturday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear in court and telephone harrassment.

Tamara Marie Cobb, 24, of 616 Emerald St., Apt. A, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

Leotis Sylvester Allen, 19, of 123 N. Clark St., Apt. 4, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court, and failure to pay fine and cost for possession of a controlled substance.

A subject was taken into custody Saturday, pending filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance, driving while suspended, no insurance and no front license plate.

Shawn Robert Phillips, 18, of 625 Jefferson St., was issued a summons Friday for no rear lights on a vehicle, no driver's license, an unlicensed vehicle, no insurance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Ryan Boren, 29, of 1647 Perryville was issued a summons Friday for assault.

Thomas Guinn, 70, of 1013 Ranney St., was issued a summons Saturday for peace disturbance.

Don's Store 24 reported second-degree robbery and cash taken Sunday at 341 S. Sprigg St.

A counterfeit $20 bill was reported Saturday at 2 N. Main St.

Unlawful use of a weapon was reported Sunday at the 800 block of South Sprigg Street.

Two tires and two aluminum wheels were reported found Sunday at 102 Mason St.

Unlawful use of a weapon was reported Sunday at 911 S. Sprigg St.

Driving with a suspended license was reported Sunday at Johnson and Main streets.
