Arrests
- Beverly D. Haley, 26, of 321 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
- Jacquelyn A. McEuen, 22, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
- Michael J. Brown, 22, of 2832 Themis St., Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
- A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on charges of assault.
- An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on charges of unlawful possession and use of fireworks.
- A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on charges of unlawful possession and use of fireworks.
- A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on charges of unlawful possession and use of fireworks.
- A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on charges of fireworks violation and false declaration.
- A warrant arrest for Division of Youth Services was reported.
- A subject suspected of manufacturing of a controlled substance was released pending review.
- Patricia A. Cox, 42, of 1126 N. Spanish St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
- Antione M. Jones, 25, of 612 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 24, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and a Jefferson City warrant for probation violation.

- Levelle D. Simpson, 21, of 910 Ranney Ave., received a summons for fireworks violation.
