The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Larry Thomas Johnston, 59, of 1701 Rand St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and on a Scott County warrant for failure to comply.

Arrests

* Lester Paul Hunt, 44, of 631 Daniel St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Melissa Nickole Robinson, 21, of 554 Woodbine Place, and James Daniel Summers, 25, of 437 S. Minnesota Ave., were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled substance.

* Charles Edward Hill, 32, of 1342 West 110th St., Chicago, Ill., was arrested on a warrant.

* Patricia Ann Curry, 44, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Summonses

* Jerry Dean Cooley, 57, of 103 S. Park Ave., was issued a summons for barking dogs.

* Chakrea Rekee Vann, 22, of 528 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons on suspicion of noise violation.

Assaults

* Assault was reported at Lorimier Street and Broadway.

* Assault was reported at 127 Water St.

* Domestic assault was reported at the 500 block of North Fountain Street.

Thefts

* Stealing was reported at FYE at Westfield West Park mall.

* A tailgate was reported stolen at 1335 Amblewood Drive.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* An amplifier and speakers were reported stolen from 2832 Themis St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.

Miscellaneous

* Second-degree sexual misconduct and possession of child pornography were reported in the 400 block of South Pacific Street.

* Discharge of fireworks from a moving vehicle was reported at Broadway and Caruthers Avenue.

* Littering was reported at 3020 Boutin Drive.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at Cape County Park North.
