ArrestsChristopher Adam Walley, 20, of Jackson, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.

Rachelle Annette Brown, 21, of 20 S. Sprigg St. was arrested Tuesday at 121 S. Sprigg Street for stealing cosmetics.

Sergey Albert Ovchiyer, 28, of 1011 William St. was arrested Monday for stealing a digital camcorder at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

A 16-year-old female was cited into juvenile court Monday for stealing nail products at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
