The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Victoria Overby, 34, of 111 Samptle, Apt. 5, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Bollinger County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.
Stephanie Hobbs, 34, of 511 Bellevue, Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
James Monahan, 46, of RR1 Box 220, Thebes, Ill., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bad checks.
Summons
James H. Kelp, 59, of 3816 County Road 645, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of an animal at large.Assaults
First-degree assault and armed criminal action were reported Friday.
Assault was reported Friday.
Second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported Friday.
Domestic assault was reported Saturday.
Rape/false imprisonment was reported Saturday.
Thefts
A Playstation and games were reported stolen Friday from 104 Vantage Drive.
Gas was reported stolen Friday from Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway Friday.
Burglary
A burglary was reported Saturday at 401 Themis.Property damage
Mailboxes were reported damaged at 1330 N. Spanish Saturday.
A sign and light were reported damaged at Mount Auburn and Independence.
Miscellaneous
A juvenile was cited for being beyond parental control Friday.
A controlled substance was found at Lorimier and Mogan Oak Friday.
A cellular phone was found at Cape County Park North Friday.
Careless and imprudent driving was reported at 740 W. Rodney Friday.
Two males, age 29 and 42, were taken into protective custody Friday.
