The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing and driving while revoked.

* Sherry L. Niederbrach, 37, of VanDuser, Missouri, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Jamie L. Hensley, 35, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Lonnie J. Robbins, 47, 315 S. Park Ave., was arrested at 40 S. Sprigg St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Kennett I. Parrow, 19, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

* Kristopher L. Blair, 27, 1110 S. Sprigg St., was arrested at 612 S. Sprigg St. on a Lincoln County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.

* Amanda D. Todd, 17, 502 Louis St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Sara J.R. Carwile, 18, 1803 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Christopher W. Smith, 24, 513 N. Fountain St., Apt. B, was arrested at 2 N. Main St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license and a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for no proof of insurance.

* Courtney Breann Goodin, 25, 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, No. 11, was arrested at 335 N. Kingshighway on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to yield and two counts of no proof of insurance.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of being a DWI chronic offender at Independence Street and West End Boulevard.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Brittany Nicole Davis, 1807 Hutson Drive, was arrested at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., on suspicion of stealing and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.

* Champale Dominique Love-Hudson, 313 N. Fountain St., was arrested at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* Joelle L. Nzogne Magne, no age given, 360 Dearmont Circle, Room C213, was issued a summons for improper turn.

* Justin L. Pinkerton, 19, of Jackson was issued a summons for stealing food at Bi State Oil, 612 S. Sprigg St.

* Pauline Semancik, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane at U.S. 61 and Silver Springs Road.

* Devin J. Farless, no age given, 1912 Weissinger Lane, was issued a summons for failure to yield at Independence Street and Leming Lane.

* Raymond P. Shaw, no age given, of Altenburg, Missouri, was issued a summons for operating an unlicensed trailer, failure to drive within a single lane and careless and imprudent driving at U.S. 61 and Boulder Crest Drive.

* Heidi H. Williams, no age given, of New Madrid, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too closely at Mount Auburn Road and Route K.

* Winifred G. Richards, 2611 Quince St., was issued summonses for following too closely, operating on a suspended license and no insurance at the northbound Missouri K exit from I-55.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* Southeast Hospital, 1701 Lacey St., reported a fire extinguisher cabinet was damaged and a fire extinguisher stolen.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 1415 Independence St.

* Money was reported stolen at 511 Themis St., No. 103.

* A pool cue was reported stolen at 26 N. Main St.

* Money and miscellaneous items were reported stolen at 505 N. Kingshighway.

* Theft of a tablet was reported at 2842 Independence St.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

* A surveillance camera and wires were reported damaged at 18 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

* Violation of an order of protection was reported.

* Open burning was reported.

* A 35-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* An animal at large or vicious animal was reported.

* Identity theft was reported.

* Assist other agency was reported.

* A runaway juvenile was reported.

* Property damage and trespassing were reported at 2800 Pioneer Drive.

* A fraudulent attempt to obtain a controlled substance was reported.
