The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Danny R. Reed, 31, 1216 N. Spanish St., was arrested on two counts of suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.

* Kenneth D. Wren, 37, 1204 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Mississippi warrant for probation violation for larceny.

* Sarah R. Catrino, 24, 1801 Woodlawn Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* A 15-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Joseph W. Chaney, 22, of Jackson was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked and no safety equipment.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting or interfering with an arrest and stealing at J.C. Penney and Pro Image Sports, 3049 William St.

Assault

* An assault, damage to a speaker and trespassing were reported at 814 Morgan Oak St.

* An assault and property damage were reported.

Burglary

* Burglary and a broken window were reported at 2034 Old Sprigg Street Road.

* Burglary and the stealing of a pistol were reported at 1927 North Kingshighway.

Theft

* Theft of a stereo face plate was reported at 19 N. Water St.

* Theft of an MP3 player was reported at 3011 Themis St.

* Theft of vehicle keys and title was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 2605 Gerhardt St.

* Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 16 N. Henderson Ave.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at Weithop Truck Sales, 2350 Independence St. and North Kingshighway.

Summonses

* Dillard O. Dale, no age given, 3657 Engram St., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Hailey M. Richardet, 17, of Perryville, Mo., was issued at summons for littering.

* Brian T. Griffin, no age given, 3059 Cannon St., was issued a summons for striking a parked vehicle.

* Danielle R. Pena, 29, 1040 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for animal leash law.

* Roland Calice Jr., 47, 615 S. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for prohibited acts by dumping.

* Thomas L. Moore, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to secure load.
