Arrests Robert Lee Ribble Jr., 41, of HC01 Box 589, Zalma, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine and marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Ryan Pugh, 19, of 350 N. Henderson, Apt. 110, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to stop, failure to stop at flashing signals and failure to drive within traffic lane.

Summons Tamara R. Criddle, 23, of 531 Boxwood, Apt. 6, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of failure to pay sewer charges.

Thefts License plates were reported stolen Tuesday in the city of Cape Girardeau.

Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.

A CB radio was reported stolen and a vehicle window was reported broken Wednesday at 1242 Meadowbrook Lane.

Cash was reported stolen Wednesday at Cape Country Club.

Property damage Property damage was reported Tuesday at Cape Radiology Group, 70 Doctor's Park.

A skyjack scissor lift was reported damaged Wednesday at 610 S. Kingshighway.

Jackson

Thursday, May 8

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs David W. Stanfield, 42, of 1841 Lakeshore Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Michael Siebert, 20, of 195 Slate Lane, Jackson, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

Cheryl A. Wilson, 43, of 824 E. Independence, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

A peace disturbance was reported Saturday in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

A peace disturbance was reported Sunday in the 400 block of North Missouri Street.

A peace disturbance was reported Monday in the 200 block of Elmwood.

Telephone harassment was reported Saturday in the 600 block of Greensferry Road.

Illegal discharge of fireworks was reported Sunday in the 400 block of Sycamore Street.

Trespassing was reported Sunday in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
