Arrests Gary D. Morris, 27, 808 S. Pacific, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of burglary and second-degree stealing.

Thomas J. Matthews, Jr., 42, 1919 Old Sprigg, was arrested Monday on a St. Francois County warrant for failure to appear for failing to cover and secure his vehicle load.

Joshua Cabe Benefield, 27, 521 High St., Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on two city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and cost for failure to yield the right of way and no vehicle insurance.

Bobby L. Ford Jr., 20, 525 S. Frederick, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Russell S. Schwausch, 20, 1121 E. Olive, Scott City, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.

Matthew P. Manis, 21, 333 N. Frederick, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to signal.

Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday from Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Tuesday from 2023 Independence.

Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday from Rhodes 101 at 1126 N. Sprigg.

An X-box was reported stolen from 320 Morgan Oak.

Miscellaneous A 1988 white Cadillac Brougham, Missouri license 748 GYN, was reported abandoned Tuesday at 426 North St.

Two male juveniles were cited into juvenile court Tuesday on suspicion of curfew violation.
