The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Thomas Joseph Matthew Jr., 41, 1919 Old Sprigg Road, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, traffic violations and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Harpreet S. Kahlon, 21, 809 N. Park, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arrests Dee L. Goodin, 17, 380 Park, was arrested Monday on suspicion of second-degree assault, leaving the scene of an accident, no operator's license and no seatbelt.

Christopher Ivey, 22, 618 North St., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for probation violation for an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summons James R. Dunn, no age given, Olive Branch, Ill., was issued a summons Tuesday for striking a stopped vehicle, driving without a license and failure to show insurance.

Jessica Lee Best, 17, 633 Terry Lane, was issued a summons Tuesday for assault.

Stealing A window frame was damaged and a CB radio and microphone were reported stolen from a semi truck Tuesday at 3248 William.

A saxophone was reported stolen Tuesday at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

A stereo was reported stolen Tuesday from a vehicle along with a wallet and its contents and CDs from 1549 Themis.

Checks and a checkbook were reported stolen Monday from 1736 Whitener.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday from Shell D-Mart, 3415 William.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Monday from 127 Water St.

Property Damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday.

A fence post and rails were reported damaged Monday at 790 Lexington.

Miscellaneous

A burglary and broken window were reported Tuesday at 1244 College.

A 1986 white Oldsmobile Cutlass was reported abandoned Monday at 4078 Bellevue.
