Missing PersonA 49-year-old white male, 6-feet tall and 128 pounds was reported missing Saturday from 430 N. Frederick.

ArrestsEric Dean Riley, 20, of Granite City, Ill., was arrested Saturday on a Madison County, Ill., warrant for probation violation and stealing.

Rhonda Renee Toppins, 35, 508 Cape Meadows #26, was arrested Saturday for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Andy Jonathan Purcell, 28, was arrested Sunday on a warrant.

SummonsCheryl L. Thomas, 27, 516 Cape Meadows #44, was issued a summons for allowing people to yell and play loud music at her residence.
