DWI

Timothy Tucker, 42, of Scott City was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.Arrests

Maxine Mahler, 30, of Scott City was arrested Saturday on a warrant.

Louis A. Lawrence, 23, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Saturday on a warrant.

Troy Smith, 19, of 1524 Bloomfield, Cape Girardeau, and a juvenile were arrested Saturday on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol.

Candy Seaworth of 1412 Jefferson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for commitment of driving while revoked.

Summonses

Jennifer Hamilton and Valerie Henderson of 1328 Butler received summonses Saturday for disorderly house.Thefts

A book bag with textbooks and $20 was reported stolen Thursday at 2222 Kingshighway.

A John Deere yard tractor was reported stolen Sunday at 338 S. Ellis.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.

Stereo equipment was reported stolen and a window broken Sunday at 2126 Independence.

Stealing was reported Sunday at 1632 Themis.

Stealing was reported Sunday by K-Mart at 11 S. Kingshighway. A report of third-degree assault was made in conjunction with the complaint.

A 1979 Lincoln Mark V was reported stolen Saturday from the 1200 block of South Sprigg.
