The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Eric P. Massey, 20, of 9314 Althea, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Randy L. Heise, 42, of 105 N. Clark, Apt. 205, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Mysti L. Myer, 18, of 754 Old Boaz Road, Karnek, Ill., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

A person was placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence. A juvenile male was also cited to juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

Assault Two female juveniles were cited to juvenile court Tuesday for assault.

Theft A handgun and case were reported stolen Tuesday at 1726 Themis.

Burglary A burglary and arson were reported Tuesday by the Thilenius Trust at 823 S. Kingshighway.

Property Damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at 124 N. Henderson.
