The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

• Stephanie S. Weddle, 33, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for resisting/interfering with arrest in the 600 block of Napa Circle.

Thefts

• Stealing was reported in the 1400 block of North Water Street,
• Stealing was reported on South Kingshighway.
• Stealing was reported in the 1100 block of South Ellis Street.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the 1700 block of Lacey Street.

Miscellaneous

• Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported in the 1100 block of Bertling Street.
• A rape was reported at an undisclosed location.
• Possession of a controlled substance was reported in the 3400 block of William Street. Suspect was in custody pending charges.
