Arrests

Sammie T. Beason III, 22, of 203 S. Lorimier, Apt. A., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of burglary and domestic assault.

Melanie K. Chambliss, 36, of 1238 W. Jackson Blvd., Jackson, was arrested Monday on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear.Summonses

Robert A. Wilson, 57, of 825 Maple, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for failure to pay a sewer charge.

Jonathan C. Jewell, 29, of 278 W. Cape Rock Drive, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for failure to pay a sewer charge.

Johnnie L. Johnson, 52, of 23 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for a leash law violation.

Janet M. Bierschwal of 310 Cypress Lake Road, Burfordville, Mo., received a summons Tuesday for maintaining a nuisance.

Thefts

A 1977 Ford F100 truck bearing license plate number 765-JE7 and a set of tools were reported stolen Monday at 622 Broadway.

Cash was reported stolen Monday at 807 W. Rodney.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Rhodes 101 at 10 S. West End Blvd.

A CD player, adapter, CD case and CDs were reported stolen Monday at 1107 N. West End Blvd.

A backpack and school books were reported stolen Tuesday at 1710 N. Sprigg.

Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Amerimart at 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.

A cell phone and a wallet were reported stolen Tuesday at the Intramural Fields at Southeast Missouri State University to the Department of Public Safety.Property damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday by the city of Cape Girardeau at 1003 Locust. A person was placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges for property damage and resisting arrest.

A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at 701 N. Main.

Miscellaneous

A counterfeit $20 bill was reported Monday by Lion's Choice at 102 Siemers.

A wallet and its contents were reported lost Monday at 103 N. Kingshighway.

Walgreens at 1 S. Kingshighway reported a prescription was sought Tuesday by someone in a fraudlent attempt to obtain a controlled substance.

Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Tuesday at 711 Fairway.

A bicycle was reported found Tuesday at 1525 Parksite.
