DWI
Jeffrey M. Augustine, 27, of 107 Independence, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrest
Paul C. Oakley, 41, of 137 Kona, Benton, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Scott County warrant for making a false report.Summonses
Thomas Guinn, 58, of 1013 Ranney, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for a peace disturbance.
Nathan J. Eisenbeis, 22, of 119 N. Park, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for animal neglect.
Assault
A 16-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Sunday for assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
Thefts
A bicycle was reported stolen Sunday at 1616 Greenbriar.
A leaf blower was reported stolen Sunday at 637 Highland.
Burglary
An attempted burglary was reported Sunday at 2640 Hopper.Property damage
A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday at the 0 block of North Hanover.
A window was reported damaged Sunday at 630 N. Fountain.
Miscellaneous
A dog bite was reported Sunday at 1024 Jefferson.
