The Cape Girardeau police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Sheila R. Fry, 42, 218 N. Ohio St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Samantha M. Criddle, 24, 921 William St., No. 1, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for child neglect.
  • Crystal S. Gibson, 402 Estate Drive, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.
  • Ryan S. Mosely, 22, 728 Hickory St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.
  • Keiven S. Cole, 22, 2822 Lear St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance and unlawful use of a weapon.
  • Maximilian E. Smith, 21, 719 William St., No. 5, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
  • Eric L. Payne, 20, 317 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine.
  • Zachary R. Bone, 21, 727 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for probation violation of driving while intoxicated.
  • James P. Davidson, 25, 918 N. Fountain St., and Trisha M. Klipfel, 24, 216 N. Park St., were arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

Summonses

  • Lamel M. Curry, 25, 922 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
  • Sondora Clark, 34, 419 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for failure to a maintain property free of trash and litter.

Assault

  • An assault was reported.

Thefts

  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 115 N. Fountain St.
  • BP, 3276 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A TV, VCR, DVD player, speakers, amplifiers, Xbox and assorted items were reported stolen at 415 Bellevue St.

Property damage

  • A broken window was reported at 302 N. Middle St.
