The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Marcus Deshawn Tunks, 23, of 447 N. Main, Apt. B, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Terry Elvin Headrick, 34, of 514 S. Middle, Apt. B, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Perry County warrant for probation violation.
Justin Cortez Wiseman, 17, of 132 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Theft A cell phone was reported stolen Wednesday at 320 N. Frederick.
Clothing, movies and a curling iron were reported stolen Wednesday at 419 Mill St.
Cash was reported stolen Wednesday at 2109 William.
A U-Haul trailer was reported stolen Wednesday at U-Haul, 740 S. Kingshighway.
Cash was reported stolen Wednesday at 1225 William.
A clarinet was reported stolen Thursday by Shivelbines at 535 Broadway.
Property damage
A vehicle was reported damaged Thursday at 1207 N. Main.
A mailbox was reported damaged Wednesday at 422 Bellevue.Miscellaneous
A 12-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Wednesday for sexual misconduct.
A 15-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Wednesday for being incorrigible.
A suspect was placed in custody pending filing of formal charges Wednesday for resisting arrest.
