Arrests
Ernesto Jesus Garcia, 22, of Laredo, Texas, was arrrested Friday on suspicion of assault.
Lee Andrew Williams, 39, of 140 S. Henderson, was arrested Friday under suspicion of possesion of a controlled substance and possesion of drug paraphernalia.
A subject was taken into custody Saturday at the 1200 block of William on suspicion of violation of full order of protection. Filing of formal charges is pending.
A subject was taken into custody Saturday at Jefferson and Middle on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, no operators license and no insurance. Filing of formal charges is pending.
A subject was taken into custody Saturday on suspicion of violation of ex-parte. Filing of formal charges is pending.
Summonses
Darrell M. Isaac, 19, and Elizabeth E. Park, 24, of 531 Boxwood, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau; Arenda M. Plumb, 25, of 531 Boxwood; and Audrey E. Ferguson, 22, and Robin D. Heatherly, 30, of 531 Boxwood, Apt. 7, Cape Girardeau, received summonses for peace disturbance Saturday. Isaac, Plumb and Ferguson also received summonses for assault.
Audrey E. Ferguson, 22, of 531 Boxwood, Apt. 7, Cape Girardeau received a summons Saturday for property damage.
A juvenile received a summons Saturday for unlawful use of a weapon at 1217 College.
Assaults
Domestic assault was reported Saturday in the 400 block of North Frederick.
Domestic assault was reported Saturday in the 1100 block of Merriwether.
An assault was reported Saturday at 731 Broadway.
Thefts
Watches were reported stolen Saturday at 26 N. Spanish.
Shell D-Mart reported gasoline stolen Saturday at 3415 William.
Bi-State Southern reported gasoline stolen Saturday at 400 Morgan Oak.
U-Kwik Stop reported gasoline stolen Saturday at 1700 Broadway.
A blue 1995 Dodge Caravan was reported stolen Saturday at 820 William.
A purse was reported stolen and a vehicle window broken Saturday at the 500 block of Broadway.
Don's Store 24 reported gasoline stolen Sunday at 341 S. Sprigg.
A checkbook, CDs, a cell phone and cash were reported stolen Saturday from 1212 N. Henderson.
A Ronald McDonald statue was reported stolen Saturday from 3419 William.
Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes, 1610 N. Kingshighway.
Property Damage
A window was reported broken Sunday at 49 E. Rodney.
A door was reported damaged Saturday at 426 N. Frederick.
A window was reported damaged Saturday at 550 N. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous
A brown Mongoose bicycle was reported found Saturday in the 300 block of South Benton.
Peace disturbance was reported Saturday in the 400 block of North Frederick.
Phone harassment was reported Saturday in the 1800 block of Longview. A male, 16, was referred to juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
Peace disturbance was reported Saturday at the 3600 block of Old Hopper Road.
Misrepresentation of age was reported Saturday at 1126 N. Sprigg.
A black Roadmaster bicycle was reported found in the 400 block of North Fountain.
Peace disturbance and trespassing were reported Saturday at 250 Silver Springs Road.
Defrauding a secured creditor was reported Saturday at Mid-America Title Loans, 1000 N. Kingshighway.
Trespassing was reported Saturday at 1360 Randol.
Stolen property was reported recovered Saturday at 420 S. Hanover.
