Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following information. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Eucario S. Villasenor, 20, 3118 Westfield Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license, following another vehicle too closely and property damage.
* Timothy W. Heller, 37, 1720 William St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.
* Erie M. Rickman, 26, 1542 Grandview Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to drive on the right half of a roadway.
Arrests
* Lori A. Haertling, 44, 1021 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Michael L. Gockel, 39, 1910 W. Weissinger Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Kevin L. Terry, 43, 520 Amethyst St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Jeffery L. Shelley, 43, of Ottawa, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of violation of a full order of protection, tampering with a witness and assault.
* Brian Eugene Clemons, 26, 608 Sycamore Circle, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Nathan V. Mowery, 25, 215 Mason St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of endangering the welfare of a child.
* James L. Loucks Jr., 33, of Coulterville, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* Demond H. Love, 20, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of property damage and using an altered form of identification.
* Valerie R. Davis, 37, 920 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of prohibited acts and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court as an assist to another agency.
* A 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy were cited into juvenile court for stealing from Walmart, 3439 William St.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
Summonses
* Jeffery L. Shelley, 43, of Ottawa, Ill., received a summons for a peace disturbance.
* Shaun M. Cross, 25, 2306 Jane Drive, received a summons for prohibited acts, driving with a revoked license and having no insurance.
Assault
* An assault was reported.
Thefts
* An angle iron, tubing, Chevrolet S-10 frame and rear end were reported stolen at 1027 S. Ellis St.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* A PlayStation, telephone and medication were reported stolen at 809 Perry Ave.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported.
Miscellaneous
* A 34-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
