The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Jaqueline Camp of 132 S. Louisiana, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

James Powell of Olive Branch, Ill., received a summons Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Roland D. Davis of 916 College, CapeGirardeau, was arrested Saturday on a warrant.

Robbie L. Burnett of 628 Olive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a warrant.

Melanie Chambliss, 36, of 1232 W. Jackson Blvd., was arrested Sunday on a New Madrid County warrant for fraud.

Jamoris Nunley, 20, of Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses Donnie Joe McClinton of 1721 Cape Meadows, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday on suspicion of walking in the street when a sidewalk is provided.

Angel Wilkins, 17, of Scott City received a summons Sunday on suspicion of assault and trespassing.

William Meggs, 55, of 210 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Assaults An assault was reported Sunday at 731 Broadway. Earnst Fobbs of Malden, Mo., received a summons on the complaint.

Thefts Denny's reported food was stolen Saturday at 161 West St.

Amoco D-Mart reported the theft of gasoline on Saturday from 3276 William.

Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported Saturday at 3439 William.

Compact discs were reported stolen Saturday at 2902 Magnolia.

Burglary

Fishing supplies and a cell phone charger were reported taken in a burglary Friday at 1421 Whitener.

A burglary was reported Sunday at 105 S. Spanish.

Jewelry, a television and microwave were reported taken in a burglary Sunday at 1014 Sturdivant.
