Cape Girardeau

The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Jonathon M. Gray, 19, of Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor, resisting, interfering with arrest, trespassing, property damage, prohibited acts noise disturbance and resisting/interfering with arrest.
• Gerald L. Ivy, 26, of 11 S. Benton St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for parole violation and contempt of court.
• Daniel P. H. Gause, 19, of 1633 N. Main St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to pay fine/costs for suspended operator's license, failure to pay fine/costs for peace disturbance and failure to pay fine/costs for failure to appear for suspended operator's license.
• A 15-year-old boy is in custody on suspicion of being a juvenile beyond parental control.
• Brian K. Lawrence, 27, of 542 Asher St., was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for nonsupport.
• A suspect is in custody pending formal charges of stealing.
• Donna S. Pobst, 40, of 1400 S. West End Blvd., Lot 40, was arrested on suspicion of stealing/shoplifting.

Thefts

• Cash was reported stolen from 234 N. Lorimier St.
• A whirlpool tub and plumbing materials were reported stolen from 1413 Vantage Drive.
• Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
• Forgery was reported at 1700 Broadway.
• Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of clothing. Donna Sue Probst, 1400 S. West End Blvd., Lot 40, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Property damage

• A tire was reported slashed on a vehicle at 526 Boxwood Drive.
• A window was reported damaged at 1102 S. Ellis St.
