Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Amber N. Windisch, 20, of 3126 Themis, No. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

Leonard E. Smallwood, 20, of 1014 Bloomfield, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

D'Andre L. McClellon, 25, of 238 Pearl, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

David L. Hunt, 21, of 235 N. Lorimier, No. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Phillip M. Harris, 18, of 235 N. Lorimier, No. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for vehicle theft.

Thefts A purse and its contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 121 S. Sprigg.

Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Charles Crader, 38, of 403 Alvin, Jackson, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests Justin Maynard, 23, of 1350 Frisco, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Miscellaneous A domestic dispute was reported Thursday at the 900 block of West Independence.

A domestic dispute was reported Wednesday at the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.
