ArrestsThomas D. Frederick, 28, of 1111 Cape Hills #4 was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear for probation revocation.

Amanda K. McHughs, 17, of McClure, Ill., and a 15-year-old female were arrested Friday for stealing two tubes of lip mascara and two tubes of lip gloss from Famous-Barr.

A 55-year-old male was arrested and pending formal charges Friday for DWI.

Angleo J. Capriglione, 46, of St. Louis was arrested Saturday on a Perry County warrant for stealing.

Angel M. Tucker, 25, was arrested Friday on a warrant for failure to appear.

A 19-year-old male was taken into custody Friday pending a state warrant application.

John S. Turner, 22, of 622 Jefferson was arrested Saturday on two warrants for failure to appear on traffic charges, a Scott County warrant for probation violation and a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

SummonsRyan L. Englehart, 22, of Jackson, Mo., was issued a summons Saturday for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

StealingA Sony PS2, PS2 controller, PS2 memory card and PS2 video game were reported stolen Friday from 2813 Whitener.

An Alliance bank card was reported stolen Friday from 1927 N. Kingshighway.

MiscellaneousViolation of a court order was reported Friday.

Harassment was reported Friday at 2839 Whitener.

A truck bug shield was reported damaged Friday at 11 Village Dr.

Stolen stereo equipment was recovered Friday in the 600 block of Locust.

A 27-year-old male was taken into protective custody Saturday at 1918 N. Kingshighway.
