Arrests

* Kimberly E. Herrin, 620 Chillicothe Lane, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of crack cocaine.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Duncan T. Hahs, 22, 1212 Meadowbrook Drive, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Tiffany N. LeGrand, 21, 2801 Bloomfield Road, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for resisting arrest, no license and failure to obey a traffic device.

* Jessica R. Davis, 23, 1206 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Auston T. May, 18, 1307 Cousin St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation for assault, failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for interfering with arrest.

* Darrell L. Dodson II, 21, 4730 County Road 324, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no operator's license.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for resisting and interfering with arrest.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.

* Otis Johnson, 29, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court for no operator's license.

* Tommy L. Peterson Jr., 24, 1425 Whitener St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

Thefts

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* An iPod was reported stolen at 66 E. Lake Drive.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 501 Louis St.

* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Kendra S. Arnold, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Amanda D. Rhyne, 30, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Huddle House, 511 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of food.

* A wooden porch swing was reported stolen from a vehicle at 3439 William St.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 410 S. Hanover St.

* Medication was reported stolen at 1515 Wayne St.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 2852 Independence St.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported theft of food, alcohol and a purse. Michelle D. Poindexter, 19, 720 Jefferson Ave., and Ashayla N. Martin, 18, 511 Albert St. were arrested in connection with the complaint.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 81 E. Lake Drive. CDs, jewelry, currency and a purse were reported stolen in the break-in.

* A burglary was reported at 421 Sheridan Drive, Apt. 7D. Money and CDs were reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported.

Property damage

* A door frame and a lock were reported damaged at 115 N. Fountain St., No. 314. Brian G. Toppins, 30, 9 S. Benton St., received a summons in connection with the complaint.

* A slashed tire was reported at 1111 N. Spanish St.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Eric J. Wright, 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Anjoel D. Vandeweghe, 30, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Rocky N. Bodenschatz, 51, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop for a stop sign.

Arrests

* Gregory W. Donner, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for three counts of burglary and one count of stealing.

* Brandon L. Doran, 22, of Gordonville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for three counts of burglary and one count of stealing.

* Sarah E. Doran, 20, of Gordonville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for three counts of burglary and one count of stealing.

* Jessica L. Starkey, 21, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Corlin T. Turner, 29, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Russ W. Meyer, 29, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Scott W. Reynolds, 47, of Jackson w as arrested on suspicion of armed criminal action, first-degree domestic assault, second-degree domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

* Daniel A. Balch, 26, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
