DWI

  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Michael Sutherland, 46, of 111 Cape Hills Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Marquita S. Williams, 18, of Charleston, Mo., and Jonnisha J. Bridges, 18, 927 William St., were arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • David K. Scheible, 19, of 2735 Lynwood Hills, No. 4, was arrested on a Dexter, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for theft of fuel and a Butler County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
  • Sara B. Lanham, 17, 218 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear for no seat belt.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
  • Samantha J. Watkins, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for speeding and suspended operator's license.

  • Brandon S. Blagg, 17, of 218 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.
  • Bradley E. Eyler, 25, 538 Cape Meadows Circle, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

Thefts

  • A purse was reported stolen at 254 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • Money was reported stolen at 2525 Jonquil Lane.
  • Shell-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

  • Vehicle damage was reported at 3049 William St.
  • Vehicle damage was reported at 1855 Martin Court.
  • A CD player was reported damaged at 230 N. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

  • Harassment was reported.
