Wenell H. Tagett, 40, of 604 Jefferson, No. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while revoked.

Rosie L. Jackson, 25, of 1118 Linden, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Jessica L. Brown, 18, of 105 S. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Butler County warrant for passing a bad check.

Ronald D. Burnan, 42, of 158 Park Lake Estates, No. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Lorenzo D. Braxton, 18, of 3103 Laurel Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Carly L. Winters, 27, of 611 Meechaw, Cape Girardeau, received summonses Tuesday for failure to maintain property free of litter and maintaining a nuisance vehicle.

The Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University issued summonses Tuesday to Stephanie M. Rapp, 19, of High Ridge, Mo., and Andrew J. Hartmann, 18, of St. Louis on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Thefts

Identity theft was reported Tuesday at 1701 Lacey.

Checks were reported stolen Tuesday at 3007 Wisteria.

Assorted tools were reported stolen Tuesday at 901 S. Sprigg.

Identity theft was reported Tuesday at 1527 N. Spanish.

Assorted DVDs were reported stolen Tuesday at 725 William.

Property Damage

A vehicle window was reported cut Tuesday at 1118 Jefferson.
