Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Christopher F. Draper, 37, of Marston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing a memory stick and flea and tick drops from Walmart.
* Bobby D. Black, 35, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Tracy K. Williams, 44, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.
* Aaron W. Gordon, 19, 1022 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for sexual misconduct and on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for affray.
* Jamie M. Followell, 33, 320 Morgan St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Macy's and a Bollinger County warrant for a probation violation.
* Theon D. Mackins Sr., 25, 926 College St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for nonsupport.
* Brittany D. Newson, 23, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for driving while revoked.
* Shaun Michael Varro, 29, 3833 Fawn Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a parole violation.
* A subject is in custody pending formal charges on possession of marijuana.
Summonses
* Elizabeth F. Gordon, 23, 2427 Brookwood Drive., received a summons for an open container.
* Stephen Lloyd Coleman, 21, 421 Sheridan Drive, receive a summons for making harrassing phone calls.
* Dale Patrick Lafont, 59, 2128 William St., received a summons for a code violation.
* Kevin Eugene Strubinger, 39, 1227 N. Spanish St., received a summons for improper placement of a waste container.
Assault
* An assault was reported.
Thefts
* Copper wire and pipe were reported stolen from 501 S. Middle St.
* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported clothes stolen.
* Bi-State Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
* Money was reported stolen at 1704 Broadway.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
* A GPS unit, an iPod and chargers were reported stolen at 900 Bellevue St.
* A laptop was reported stolen at 711 N. Main St.
* Money was reported stolen at 1008 N. West End Blvd.
Miscellaneous
* A 38-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 30-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
