Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Yvonne Renee Crites, 36, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.

Summons

* Hail Lynn Apel, 22, 2789 Hawthorne Road, received a summons for property damage at 205 N. Park Ave.

Assaults

* A domestic assault and an unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* A radar detector was reported stolen at 1803 Rampart St.

* Cigarettes, medication, a cell phone and money were reported stolen at 650 N. Middle St.

* Three boys, ages 13, 14 and 15, were cited into juvenile court for stealing.

* Cape First, 254 S. Silver Springs Road, reported projectors stolen.

Miscellaneous

* An assault on emergency personnel was reported.

* A purse was found at Bloomfied Street and Spring Avenue.

* Possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute was reported.
