Patricia F. Huffman of 101 S. Farrar was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

A suspect was placed in custody Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Benjamin E. Bird, 28, of 514 Locust, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Two suspects were placed in custody Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for stealing.

Erica N. Ishum, 19, of 601 North Street, Apt. 4, was arrested Thursday on a Scott County warrant for failure to comply.Summonses

April R. Kinder of 1125 Dorothy received a summons Wednesday for operating a motor vehicle without headlights after sunset.

Jason R. Davis of 8 N. Henderson received a summons Thursday for no proof of insurance.

Thefts Famous Barr reported jewelry and clothing stolen Wednesday. Two suspects were placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges for stealing.

Sleds were reported stolen Wednesday at 2314 Sherwood.

Perfume, CD cases and CDs were reported stolen Thursday at 41 E. Rodney.

Property damage

A vehicle window was reported broken Thursday at 739 Themis.

A convertible roof was reported damaged Thursday at 3029 Mimosa.Miscellaneous

Fraudulent procurement of a credit card and fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Wednesday at 1102 Landgraf.

A 29-year-old male was placed in protective custody Thursday.
