The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Christopher Scott Smith, 28, of 1451 Luce St., Apt. 1., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Brett Lawrence Israelson, 21, of 2722 Luce St. was arrested Sunday on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Barbara Ann Grindstaff of Elsinore, Mo., was arrested Monday on Cape Girardeau and Shannon County warrants for failure to appear in court and Cedar County and Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrants for bad checks.

Summonses Charles Keith Jackson, 34, of 203 Franks Lane was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of assault.

Gregory Randel Schneiderer, 26, of 203 Franks Lane was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of assault.

Jeremy Nicole King, 25, of 927 Bloomfield was issued a summons Sunday for failure to pay sewer/water/trash charges.

Ella Marie King, 21, of 927 Bloomfield was issued a summons Sunday for failure to pay sewer/water/trash charges.

Carla Weston, 24, of 500 Louis St. was issued a summons Monday for failure to maintain property free of litter and trash.

Thefts A CD player, speakers, speaker box, amplifier, CDs and bank card were reported stolen Sunday at 410 Marie.

Yard signs were reported stolen Sunday at 536 Columbine.

A purse and contents were reported stolen Monday at 211 St. Francis.

A yard ornament was reported stolen Sunday at 735 West Rodney.

A license plate was reported stolen Monday in the 900 block of Ranney.

A trash bin and store panels were reported stolen Monday at Pier 1 Imports, 351 William St.

Property damage

A window was reported damaged Sunday at Young Life, 616 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

A bicycle was reported found Sunday at 2620 Kenneth.

An 18-year-old female was reported missing Sunday.

A 50-year-old male was placed in protective custody Sunday.Jackson

Dale W. Hunt, 50, of 221 Morgan St., Apt. 7, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He also was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.

Damage was reported Friday in the 900 block of East Adams.

Damage was reported Sunday in the 900 block of West Independence St.

Damage was reported Sunday on Florence Street.

Miscellaneous

A missing person was reported Thursday in the 300 block of South Union.

A missing person was reported Saturday in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

A minor in possession of tobacco was reported Monday at South Missouri and West Jefferson.

A 15-year-old female was reported as a runaway Monday.
