The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Stacey Wayne Stone, Highway 2, Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Quincy Richard Lucious, 45, 608 Locust St., was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear in court.

* David Clifford Johnston, 25, 1007 Locust St., was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines, for traffic offenses, stealing, false declaration, resisting arrest and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of cocaine.

* Andrew Miles Essner, 21, 6701 County Road 621, was arrested on a Pevely, Mo., warrant for traffic offenses.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for tampering.

* Zachary Ryan Young, 21, 1830 Mulberry St., Jackson, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for possession of a precursor and possession of drug paraphernalia for making methamphetamine.

Summons

* Thomas A. Mallard, 26, was issued a summons for stealing in response to a theft reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St. A 14-year-old boy was also cited into juvenile court for stealing.

Thefts

* A semitrailer was reported stolen from 421 S. Middle St.

* A Missouri license renewal tab was reported stolen.

* A computer was reported taken and a door damaged at 324 S. Hanover St.

* DVDs, pictures, stereo, clothing and Christmas items were reported stolen from 2038 Perryville Road.

* A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle at 701 N. Clark St.

* A CB radio was reported stolen and a vehicle damaged at Prestige Enterprises, 2004 Themis St.

Property damage

* A door frame was reported damaged at 927 Jefferson St.

* Tires were reported cut at 3002 Aspen Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A gray 2004 Nissan Frontier with Tennessee license plates was reported abandoned at 607 S. Kingshighway.

* A green 1995 Buick Skylark was reported abandoned at 1625 N. Kingshighway.

Arrests

* Michael Edward Cox, 21, 1016 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Benjamin Frederick Rawlins, 19, 1003 Locust St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for bad checks.

Summons

* Melissa Deanne Lough, 38, 2416 Windy Hill Lane, was issued a summons for harassing phone calls.

Theft

* A CD player and assorted CDs were reported stolen and a glove box and dashboard damaged at 2825 Bloomfield Road.

* A truck door was reported stolen from Riverfront Auto, 212 S. Spanish St.

* A satellite cable box was reported stolen from 918 William St.

* Money was reported stolen and a window broken at the Dollar General Store, 64 S. Plaza Way.

* Snow sleds were reported stolen from 1927 N. Kingshighway.

* Money was reported stolen from Major Brands, 344 Broadview St.

* Tools belonging to the city of Cape Girardeau were reported stolen at 500 N. Lorimier St.

Miscellaneous

* A stolen 1992 black Chevrolet Blazer was reported recovered at 1836 Big Bend Road.

* A dog bite was reported at 2640 Hopper Road.

* A blue 1992 Mercury Cougar with Illinois license plates was reported abandoned at West End Boulevard and Highway 74.

* A white 1986 Chevrolet Celebrity was reported abandoned at 410 Themis St.
